DONNIE’S JOURNAL
My journey to Rocky Mount was fairly pleasant though the temps are climbing. The Rev. Dr. Bob Copenhaver was a grand host at Trinity Episcopal Church - he and Lib Hancock handled the details for this stop. The church is wonderfully supportive of the walk - pledging 4 miles! It is easier to be excited about this journey with such wonderful folks along the way. Stopped in at the Rocky Mount newspaper which is also celebrating 100 years.
